Refund policy


At Chhaap, we want you to have the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

3. Return Process

  1. Go to support@chhaap.com and submit your return request.

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  3. Our courier partner will pick it up (if pickup is available in your area) or you may need to ship it to our return center.

  4. Once received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be Credited within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color changes of the same product, subject to stock availability.

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be provided.

  • All the Exchanged products will be delivered with in 7-15 working days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

All the replaced products will be delivered within 7-10 working days
