Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within [1–2 business days] after payment confirmation. in case of Prepaid Orders.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2000.

  • Standard shipping charges apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) or lower-value prepaid orders.

  • COD charges may apply separately.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s system.


4. Delays or Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.


5. International/Domestic Shipping

If you ship internationally, include this:

  • Delivery timelines range between 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will apply.
